About The Position
The Energy and Commodities Trainee Graduate Program will give you the opportunity to gain unique insight into the energy and commodities industry, the role of a Broker and a view into how the World’s largest Inter-Dealer Broker functions. While day-to-day responsibilities will vary, the program offers an incredible opportunity to build your foundational knowledge, professional skills and experiences to build a career in Broking within the Energy and Commodities space. Ideal candidates will be excited to work in a fast paced, dynamic and team-oriented environment. If you consider yourself an excellent communicator with a delivery mindset and are comfortable with sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This a 7-month long structured program in Energy & Commodities offering on-the job learning, coaching and mentorship from Senior Management. Upon the completion of the Program, you will be assessed and considered for a full-time permanent appointment within a team you are best suited to.
