Stanley Consultants is currently looking for an Energy Capture Manager. The Inside Sales Capture Manager (Capture Manager) is part of the Inside Sales Business Development (IS-BD) Team and is responsible for supporting the goals of the Energy Market by providing critical support to the Client Service Manager (CSM) or other outside sales resource on key strategic pursuits. The Capture Manager takes a leadership role in guiding pursuit teams through the positioning, proposal management and interview stages. The Capture Manager will work with the IS-BD Energy Department Manager and the CSM to develop capture plans for identified key pursuits. This capture strategist will also identify actions and manage timely execution as well as support development of the value proposition, technical solution, positioning and win themes. The Capture Manager will work closely with the Inside Sales Manager (ISM)-BD Proposal Specialist to develop winning proposals. The candidate must bring experience and understanding of the A/E/C industry to the role. This individual must have strong leadership, time management, organizational, facilitation, collaboration and communication (verbal and writing) skills.
