About The Position

Summary/Objective The Area Supervisor position is responsible for the overall management and quality of their team as well as interaction with clients on a daily basis. Responsible for inter-department communication. The position supervises a team made up of Quality Assurance and Energy Specialist who are responsible for field compliance (OSHA Safety/Energy/Quality Assurance Compliance). Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · Assemble and maintain weekly site inspection schedule and driving routes for Quality Assurance and Energy Specialists, including daily reference of area rainfall, and scheduling support. · Conduct daily calls and written correspondence with Quality Assurance and Energy Specialists (QAE Specialists). · Perform regular audits on QAE Specialist sites including OSHA Safety compliance, QA, and IECC Energy Compliance. Assist QAE Specialists in area with inspection coverage as needed. Train, support, and develop QAE Specialists. Ensure Quarterlies are completed for clients in a timely manner where applicable. · Complete all site evaluation documentation in electronic systems and onsite recordkeeping book (OSHA/IECC/QA). · Regularly review FieldAware for proper scheduling and QAE Specialist entries and modify as needed. · Relate specific requirements of state and local regulations to client onsite personnel. · Consult with client’s management to stay ahead of potential compliance issues and recommend solutions to help efficiency and operations. · Maintain a positive, communicative relationship with clients and co-workers. · Return all calls and emails from clients the same business day they are received. · Be proactive in learning regulatory requirements, bringing solutions on improvements and being a problem solver. · Educate clients on all of Path Light Pro services as well as work with Path Light Pro management to bring additional value to clients related to new services. · Recommend solutions to clients to help efficiency and operations. · Ensure proper entries are input in FieldAware weekly by QAE Specialists. · Troubleshoot issues related to inspections from the client. · Maintain a high level of customer service through GM/Path Light Leadership. · Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of technical equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of NPDES construction storm water regulations, OSHA Safety compliance, Quality Assurance, and IECC Energy compliance.
  • 1-3 years of management experience.
  • Strong computer, organizational, writing and communication skills.
