The Role We’re looking for an Energy Analyst to own and enhance our energy data ecosystem—centered on ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager—and turn utility data into insights that drive efficiency, savings, and credible ESG disclosures. You’ll ensure accurate, timely data collection and reporting to support internal goals and external frameworks such as GRESB, SASB, TCFD, and the AvalonBay Annual Corporate Responsibility Report.
