About The Position

PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Directly reporting to Manager of Energy Management. Professional service to account relationships. Building customer relationships as key member of management team. Gathering and consolidating data from varied sources. Managing utility information for multiple customers on a daily and monthly basis. Validating and verifying customer costs and utilization using rate engines. Fielding inquiry requests and managing problem resolution for customer utility-billing issues. Coordinating and assisting with new customer account creation. Developing customized reports to support specific customer needs using data visualization tools. Researching and identifying procedures for the authorizations of access to customer’s utility information. Collect and organize various energy data sources, develop analysis into processes and code using various tools such as Excel, VBA, MS Access, SQL, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and improve existing processes. Perform Quality Assurance of data integrated into the system. Providing follow-up with utility representatives and commodity suppliers as needed. Supporting project management requests as required by the rest of the upper management team.

Requirements

  • BS/BA required preferably in Business, Math, Accounting, Engineering, or relatable field.
  • Good PC and strong Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills required.
  • Attention to details and ability to review materials for accuracy.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong telephone etiquette.
  • Ability/flexibility to learn and apply new skills.
  • Ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications.
  • Ability to prioritize work.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
