CIC Group, located in Fenton, MO is seeking a skilled Endpoint Systems Engineer to join our IT team. You will be part of the Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Operations team that is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IT solutions that enable the business to meet its objectives. DAY IN THE LIFE: The Endpoint Systems Engineer will report to the Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager. They will oversee all facets of deployment, configuration, and management of endpoint devices and servers using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot. The Endpoint Systems Engineer will develop policies for device enrollment, compliance, and security across various endpoints to align with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This includes ensuring timely endpoint update deployment and reporting on compliance, utilization, security posture, etc. They must have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues as they arise, as well as the ability to find efficiency in their role and work closely will all IT team members to ensure seamless, secure experiences throughout the enterprise. They will maintain endpoint management technology platforms to ensure they remain available, secure, and properly configured. The position requires continuous learning and knowledge of the latest features, updates, and best practices for all endpoint management related technologies. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining system and procedural documentation for IT and user audiences, uphold all IT policies, follow IT best practices, and provide backup support for other team members as need basis. This is a hybrid remote position with very limited travel required inside and outside the United States. The position will participate in an on-call support rotation, 1 week approximately every 6-8 weeks, for critical issue resolution.
