About The Position
The Endpoint Management Specialist is responsible for managing and securing the university's desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, along with associated enterprise management systems. This role involves creating secure baseline configurations, installing updates, addressing vulnerabilities, and ensuring high-performance endpoints for the university. The specialist collaborates with other technical staff to coordinate services and configurations, while also providing technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
