About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Operations Analyst to support and advance our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) initiative, with a primary focus on Microsoft Intune. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and supporting modern device management capabilities across Windows endpoints, replacing legacy tooling and improving the end-user onboarding and device lifecycle experience. This position requires strong PowerShell scripting and Intune administration experience, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with the Client Field Operations, Service Desk, Security, and Infrastructure teams. The role supports not only the enterprise-scale rollout of Intune, but also the ongoing, long-term management and continuous optimization of the workstation environment.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, co‑management, device compliance, and configuration profiles.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation, system administration, and troubleshooting tasks. Able to create, modify, and execute scripts to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • System Deployment and Systems Management knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Domain Services (such as Print, DHCP, DNS) and network connectivity in support of a large enterprise.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, such as but not limited to (Adobe, O365, OneDrive)
  • Advanced technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office software and how they integrate to other applications, and the installation and maintenance of desktop applications.
  • Experience in troubleshooting PC hardware and peripheral devices (Scanners, Printers, etc.).
  • Experience in Wireless technology, TCP/IP and networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, FTP and VPN.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting/resolving software and operating system issues. The ability to setup, configure and rebuild workstations
  • Understanding of patch management as well as patching third party software
  • Experience with device life-cycle management, asset management, deployment, and support tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • At a minimum, the ability to work from 8 a.m. to 5p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Consistent attendance is required, which may include attendance at after-hour Company events.
  • Ability to accept supervision.
  • Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships.
  • Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune policies including device compliance, configuration profiles, enrollment profiles, and update rings.
  • Support and enhance Windows Autopilot workflows, including pre-provisioning (white glove), enrollment troubleshooting, and profile optimization.
  • Assist in managing device lifecycle processes including enrollment, provisioning, replacement, and decommissioning.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for: Device configuration and remediation, Application deployment and detection, and Proactive issue resolution and operational automation
  • Leverage Intune scripting and remediation features to reduce manual effort and improve endpoint reliability.
  • Attend and lead small project meetings and enforce best practices.
  • Apply specialized technical knowledge.
  • Evaluate, plan and implement projects.
  • Remain current on assigned technology administration, infrastructure and network systems, CI/CD pipelines, scripting languages and tools and troubleshooting.
  • Document and resolve moderately complex problems.
  • Report progress to leaders.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.
