About The Position
This position is for a locum tenens role in Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology located in Billings, MT. The job involves providing supplemental coverage in an inpatient service setting, specifically for call only. The coverage period starts from April 12, 2025, and is ongoing. The call schedule is 24 hours, from 6 AM to 6 AM, with a beeper call type and a response time of 20 minutes. The position requires handling phone consults, with an expected volume of 2-4 consults, and managing a patient volume of 5-8 admissions. Rounding is included in the responsibilities, and support staff consists of 2 RNs and 1 NP/PA. The required procedures include aneurysm clipping, endovascular procedures, and placement of ICP monitors, among others. The facility is a Comprehensive Stroke Center with a Biplane procedural suite and operates at Trauma Levels I and III. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered.
