About The Position
Provides patient care under the direction of a registered nurse. Functions in scrub role to assist the physician in performing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures involving the esophagus, stomach, colon, and bile duct system. Cleans, decontaminates, and performs high level disinfection of endoscopes. Maintains appropriate levels of supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent or GED
- 1 Year Endoscopy
- BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support)
