About The Position

Endoscopy Technician West Bay Surgery Center is a busy, multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center in Largo, FL. We are looking for an experienced endoscopy tech to join our team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS certification
• 1 year as an endoscopy tech required

Nice To Haves

• Completion of Surgical tech program or equivalent education preferred
• Experience in endoscope reprocessing preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare the endo suite for each patient per physician specifications
• Assist with patient positioning
• Work with the endo team to provide a clean and safe environment during procedures
• Work closely with the physician during each procedure to ensure needs are met
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while being detail oriented
• Work closely with the Materials Manager to ensure supplies remain stocked
