The Endo Surgical Tech delivers high quality, patient-centered care by performing various functions toâ¯support the efficient operation of the surgical suite. Under the supervision of the Circulating RN, theEndoSurgicalâ¯Technologist prepares the surgical suite, positions and prepares the patient, and provides instruments, equipment, andâ¯supplies to the surgical team during the procedure. TheEndoSurgical Technologist ensures a sterile field, properâ¯instrument counts, and proper operation of instruments and equipment. The Endo Surgical Technologist participatesâ¯in patient-specific care as directed and follows service excellence standards to promote optimum patient satisfaction. TriStar Summit is a234 bed comprehensive facility. We serve Davidson,Wilson and surrounding counties. We include a Level III Trauma Center. We offer a full array of acute care services. These include cardiology, oncology, orthopedics/spine,rehabilitation and women's services. We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. We are a Primary Stroke Center. Requirements

Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor, or CPR must be obtained within30 daysof employment start date
Surgical Tech Certification Required - NCCT certification NOT accepted, NBSTSA required.
One-year experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred

The Endo Surgical Tech delivers high quality, patient-centered care by performing various functions toâ¯support the efficient operation of the surgical suite.
