Requirements

• Completion of a formal endoscopy technician training program preferred.
• Endoscopy technician experience preferred.
• Endoscopy technician certification from recognized boards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Doctors of Medicine (MDs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) with all endoscopy procedures.
• Reposition patients on stretchers to ensure their comfort and safety.
• Maintain a safe and conducive environment for patients during procedures.
• Assist in admitting and discharging outpatients, including interviewing and documenting patient information on charts.
