About The Position

CMMC is seeking an Endoscopy Technican to join their Endoscopy team! This is a full time position. Position Summary: The Endoscopy Technician works under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. With limited latitude for independent decisions within the bounds of delegated authority, performs a variety of duties involving departmental work load. The Endoscopy Technician’s primary responsibility is focused on decontamination, cleaning, processing, high level disinfection and or terminal sterilization of flexible endoscopes and ancillary equipment following established infection control practices. The Endoscopy Technician must be conscientious with regard to procedures and capable of working under pressure and interacting professionally within the department and other departments within the institution, as well as outside sources with which they may have dealings. Must be able to accept new ideas and learn new position duties.
