Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time The mission of the Endoscopy Commercial Strategy & Excellence team is to provide superior operational support and collaboration to the broader commercial Endoscopy organization. The team serves as the main points of contact for the Field Sales Organization and other commercial functions to execute operational tasks to advance the endoscopy business. Your Opportunity: As an Endoscopy Commercial Strategy & Excellence Intern at Boston Scientific, you will Engage with key internal stakeholders across the commercial organization Support sales initiatives that are aligned with strategic divisional priorities Develop and utilize sales enablement tools using platforms like Tableau and Salesforce Partner with sales teams to provide actionable insights and drive sales growth Discover the key roles and processes that enable the commercial organization to operate Identify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies and boost productivity Your Impact: Competitive cross-reference database update Account Business Review analytics GenAI process improvement projects

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance and Data Science or Computer Science.
  • Must graduate between Fall 2026 - Spring 2027.
  • Must be able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods: May 18th - August 7th OR May 26th - August 14th, 2026.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to and from Boston Scientific's Global Headquarters in Marlborough, MA.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in obtaining a job with a Medical Device company within the Sales Operations team upon graduation
  • Knowledge of Business intelligence tools such as Salesforce, Tableau
