Requirements

You must possess a strong work ethic, an outgoing and personable chair-side manner and the desire to improve within the dental field. You must also be flexible, open and positive.
DDS or DMD degree
Current dental license in state of hire
Must have a current certification specialty in endodontics
Ability to travel overnight to training sessions once a month during your first year of employment

Nice To Haves

Minimum 2 years clinical experience a plus, none required

Responsibilities

Providing high quality endodontic care, including treating diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting health and function of teeth
Examining patients to determine endodontic and oral health needs, utilizing x-rays and other diagnostic equipment and procedures
Diagnosing and providing treatment counseling to patients in a comprehensive manner
Educating patients on the benefits of proper oral and dental hygiene
Assisting with leading and supervising office team members
