As an Endodontist in our group, you will have the opportunity to provide specialized care to our patients requiring root canal treatments and related procedures. Requirements
- Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
- Successful completion of an advanced education program in endodontics accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the ADA required.
- Current, valid Kentucky license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required by state to include- CPR, DEA, etc.
