About The Position
This role is ideal for an Endodontist who is excited about helping grow a specialty service line from the ground up. The position will initially focus on consultations and root canal therapy for internal referrals, with future opportunities to expand to external referrals and increased clinical days.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an Endodontic Residency Program
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Interest in contributing to practice growth and program development
Nice To Haves
- Experienced Endodontists preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform endodontic consultations and root canal therapy for internal referrals
- Collaborate closely with general dentists to ensure continuity of care
- Help design and implement efficient endodontic workflows and scheduling protocols
- Provide input on equipment, supplies, and operatory setup (including microscope selection)
- Contribute to building a scalable specialty program with long-term growth potential
