Position Details: Flexible part-time for the right candidate Direct referrals from several General Dentists Predominantly PPO practice Comprehensive dental office Compensation 50% of production Schedule: 2 days a month Additional days may be available in Prescott, Avondale and Surprise Locations: 4550 E Bell Road, Bldg 8, Suite 178, Phoenix, AZ 85032
Requirements
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Endodontic Residency Certificate
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
