Requirements

• Doctor of D ental S urgery (DDS) or Doctor of D ental M edicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
• Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain )
• Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care
• One year plus (1+) year general practice experience for immediate consideration
