Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an ADA-accredited Endodontic residency program.
Active Virginia dental license (or eligibility for licensure).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues.
Perform root canal therapy and related surgical procedures.
Communicate effectively with referring dentists and patients to ensure best outcomes.
Contribute to an environment of teamwork, learning, and professional development.
Maintain compliance with all clinical and ethical standards.
