About The Position

Worcester Endodontics is seeking a motivated and compassionate full-time Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our experienced team. We are looking for someone who not only cares deeply about their patients but also values and supports their teammates. Requirements

• You have a valid and current MA State Dental Assistant License
• You have a current and valid X-ray Certification
• You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
• You are CPR & First Aid Certification
• You are knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and changes
• You are computer proficient including Microsoft office and Practice Management Software

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and patient support
• Assist patients with questions and concerns
• Perform four-handed chairside dental assisting
• Follow OSHA and infection control standards
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Sterilize and disinfect operatories and instruments
