About The Position
This is a full-time, permanent position for an Endocrinologist located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The practice is seeking an additional endocrinologist to join their busy and well-respected team. The new hire will be part of a practice that is dedicated entirely to endocrinology, ensuring a focused and specialized work environment. The clinic is situated in a medical tower that is directly connected to the hospital, providing easy access to hospital resources and support. The practice is well-equipped and includes a Nurse Practitioner, a Diabetes Educator, nursing staff, clerical staff, and an internal medicine physician, creating a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere. The position offers minimal inpatient call responsibilities, with clinic calls managed primarily via phone, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary along with a productivity incentive, ensuring that the endocrinologist is rewarded for their contributions to the practice.
