We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Endocrinologist to join our multi-specialty clinic located in Augusta, GA. This position offers a competitive compensation package of $360,000 annually, with the opportunity to manage a patient load of 15-18 patients per day. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, or alternatively, Monday through Thursday with the same hours. This is an outpatient-only position, meaning there are no inpatient responsibilities, no weekend work, and no on-call duties, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Our clinic has been established for over 15 years and boasts state-of-the-art facilities, providing a supportive environment for both our providers and patients. We have a well-established patient base and a full staffing team that includes registered nurses (RNs), nurse practitioners (NPs), and medical assistants (MAs). The clinic is equipped with endocrine-friendly electronic medical records (EMR) and e-prescription systems, as well as in-house phlebotomy and ultrasound technicians to assist in patient care. Our patient population consists of approximately 65% diabetic and 35% non-diabetic adults, providing a diverse range of cases to manage. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid major holidays, four weeks of paid vacation (PTO), and coverage for continuing medical education (CME) expenses up to $2,500.
