About The Position
Base Salary: $230,000 -- 3 yr / 60k longevity bonus available! Quality incentive plan for annual bonus, up to $20,000 Paid time off (PTO): accrued; approximately 250 hours per year for full time physicians Retirement: Employer-funded 403(b), Employee-funded 457 Low-Cost Health, Vision, Dental Insurance
Requirements
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible no more than 5 years of graduating residency or fellowship
- Must have or be willing to attain an Ohio state license
- Must have or be willing to attain DEA
