About The Position

Deaconess Kentucky Specialty Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a growing, outpatient-focused practice in Western Kentucky. OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS Outpatient-focused endocrinology practice Employed position with Deaconess Kentucky Specialty Clinic Flexible schedule with potential 4-day work week Established referral base within Deaconess network APP support with supervision compensation Epic EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings Opportunity to help grow and shape the endocrinology service line Modern clinic space with state-of-the-art equipment COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Year 1 guaranteed base salary: $325,000 Opportunity to earn additional compensation through a productivity-based wRVU model 2.5% quality bonus opportunity Sign-on bonus $50,000 with 5 yr contract Relocation assistance: up to $15,000 5-year contract with automatic annual renewal Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) and 457(b) retirement plans Five weeks of vacation One week CME with professional allowance up to Six paid holidays 5 CME days + $3,500 annual stipend $1,500 annual CME technology allowance $60/month cell phone stipend Malpractice insurance provided, Licensing, DEA, and board fees covered J-1 Accepted PRACTICE DETAILS The incoming physician will: Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic endocrine disorders Collaborate with APPs, primary care physicians, and specialists Participate in quality initiatives and department goals Provide high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care Call expectations are flexible and to be discussed based on the coverage model.
