What to Expect: 4-Day work week with 32 patient contact hours, Epic EMR + AI Scribe Schedule: You will split your time between Boise, ID and Meridian, ID hospitals (15 minutes apart). 1:6 Call: Shared and manageable, telephone only Partner with a team of 4 Physicians, 8 APPs, a dedicated MA, 6 Diabetes Educators, and 4 Behavioral Health Educators 60 min new patient & 30 min follow-up appointments Great culture with a collaborative team of physician's and APPs Largest Endocrine practice in Idaho, well-established program, and protocols/experienced team for dynamic testing Competitive salary and quality incentives Robust recruitment incentive Malpractice insurance with inclusive tail coverage Live Well in Idaho: Boise, known as the “City of Trees,” is a vibrant and growing city that blends urban sophistication with outdoor adventure.
