About The Position

Medstar Health is seeking a full-time, Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Endocrinologist to join our outpatient endocrinology clinic located at Medstar Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of three endocrinologists and a nurse practitioner, while also being part of a larger regional endocrinology group consisting of 15 Medstar Endocrinologists in the Baltimore area. The clinic is situated in a beautiful, newly designed space that enhances the patient experience and provides a comfortable working environment for our medical staff. As an Endocrinologist at Medstar, you will have the opportunity to see a diverse patient population, including those with diabetes, thyroid disorders, and other endocrine-related conditions. The position includes a shared call schedule of 1 in 7, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. You will also have the chance to perform in-office thyroid ultrasounds and biopsies, which adds to the comprehensive care we provide to our patients. The majority of your work will be outpatient-focused, with shared inpatient responsibilities on a 1 in 3 basis. In addition to clinical responsibilities, this role offers opportunities to teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students, contributing to the education of the next generation of healthcare professionals. The hiring range for this position is between $193,000 and $273,677, depending on experience and qualifications.
