About The Position
The Paraprofessional - Instructional position at Endeavor Elementary School involves supporting certified staff in assisting students to achieve their instructional goals. This role includes working with students in various capacities, reinforcing learning in subjects such as reading, language arts, and mathematics, and providing support in both instructional and non-instructional settings. The paraprofessional will also assist with classroom management, record-keeping, and fostering relationships between students and adults.
