Requirements

• No additional experience is required for the Infrastructure Engineer Associate role.
• 2 years of relevant work experience is required for the Infrastructure Engineer role (SG6).
• An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting general end user technologies: Windows 10 and 11, Virtual Desktops, MacOS, Workstation Hardware (Mac, Dell, HP)
• PowerShell coding experience
• 5+ years' experience in hardware and software computer troubleshooting
• Basic coding experience
• Customer Service skills
• ServiceNow experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic & routine infrastructure project assignments.
• Assist with planning, researching, evaluating, designing, and developing systems.
• Provide basic technical support and assist with analysis, operation, administration, and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, justifications, application requirements, alternative solutions, and technical recommendations.
• Participate in the preparation of technical documentation including procedures, manuals, and reports.
• Review and adhere to budgeting and approval processes while assisting with annual and project planning.
