Lead as a End-User-Engagement (EUE) Liaison within a comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation across multiple medical centers. Act as a fulcrum between Training, Change Management, Adoption, Communications, Informatics, & Training stakeholders/activities and the central deployment team - ensuring consistency and repeatability in EUE execution across multiple hospital deployments at different stages in their transition. Proactively address risks, resolve issues, and act as the 'glue' between multiple stakeholder groups. Significant client interaction is involved, and some travel can be expected for key onsite events. Intermediate change management, training, stakeholder engagement, written and verbal communication, and project management skills are needed to be a successful. Previous Oracle EHR exposure (or similar vendors) is preferred.
