End-User Engagement (EUE) Liaison - EHR Implementation MicroHealth is seeking a dynamic and experienced End-User Engagement (EUE) Liaison to serve as a critical bridge between multiple stakeholder groups during comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementations across multiple medical centers. This role requires a strategic communicator and change management professional who can ensure consistency, drive adoption, and facilitate seamless coordination across Training, Change Management, Communications, Informatics, and deployment teams throughout complex healthcare technology transitions. Position Overview The End-User Engagement Liaison will act as the central coordination point—the "fulcrum"—between diverse stakeholder groups and the central deployment team during multi-site EHR implementations. This role is essential to ensuring consistency and repeatability in end-user engagement execution across multiple hospital deployments at different stages of their EHR transition journey. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and maintain strong relationships with clinical, administrative, and technical stakeholders to drive successful EHR adoption and optimize the end-user experience. This position requires significant client interaction and travel to medical center sites for key onsite events, go-lives, and stakeholder engagement activities. These are hybrid roles on-site 40%.
