The End User Device Technician is responsible for delivering world-class procurement and provisioning support services for end-user devices across all BILH entities and affiliates. This role involves setting up IT end-user devices for new hires, managing PC refreshes, reclaiming devices, and maintaining asset inventory. The technician must possess excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge to effectively assist colleagues at all levels, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
