This role is responsible and accountable for EUC (End-User Computing) for Pitney Bowes employees and contractors alike, as it relates to ensuring IT hardware, as well as EU instructions, are provided to promote end-user satisfaction and day one productivity. Initial focus is on building a EUC Process, Procedures, and reporting to support equipment and software access for new hires, as well asset capture of departing employees ultimately taking ownership of end-to-end lifecycle of Pitney Bowes assets. Responsible for collaborating with Pitney Bowes IT Teams, vendors as well as HR, Finance to drive continuous improvement of user experience.
