Syntelligent is seeking a full-time End-User Client Capabilities Engineer to support upcoming/contingent work at USSTRATCOM/J61.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as an IT Systems Engineer (SE).
• Experience must include: Requirements Tradeoff, Cost Estimation, Technical Assessments, Technical Planning, Configuration Control Boards, Capabilities Based Assessments, Integrated Baseline Review, Lifecycle Sustainment Planning, Information Assurance / Cybersecurity, Requirements Traceability, Systems Engineering Plan, Work Breakdown Structure, Technical Audits.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience or documented training in designing, deploying, and maintaining systems and capabilities.
• Must be able to obtain certification meeting 8140 series requirements within 6-months of notification.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience demonstrating written and oral communication skills including developing and presenting complex written products and oral briefings to senior leaders at the O-6/GS-15 level or higher.
• Shall have Senior-level specialized knowledge, skillsets, and experience with engineering and integrating End-User Client Capabilities (Thick / Thin Clients, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Multi-Layer Security endpoints, Printers / Multi-Function Devices, etc.) within an Enterprise to include modernizing the integration and deployment specialized software required for mission success.

Nice To Haves

• A Master's degree in engineering discipline or Computer Science can substitute for three (3) years of experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline or Computer Science can substitute for one (1) year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and integrate End-User Client Capabilities (Thick/Thin Clients, VDI, Multi-Layer Security endpoints, Printers/MFDs) within the enterprise.
• Design and implement modern deployment solutions for specialized mission-critical software.
• Optimize Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, including Omnissa Horizon, App Volumes, and Workspace ONE.
• Ensure compatibility, security, and performance of end-user devices within DoD IT environments.
• Develop and maintain automation processes for efficient device provisioning, updates, and lifecycle management.
