The End User Asset Management Product Owner is responsible for collaborating with the End User Compute (EUC) team, End User Services (EUS) process owners, and end‑users to document and analyze current and future state user journeys, workflows, pain points and performance measures associated with IT Asset Management processes, including New Hire/Break Fix (NH/BF) and PC Lifecycle Management (PCLM). It further entails prototyping, developing and testing technical solutions—or partnering closely with developers—to deliver reliable implementations that support end‑user asset refresh cycles and ensure appropriate compute asset availability across North America for new hires and break/fix requirements. Additionally, the position is accountable for identifying, evaluating and prioritizing automation opportunities across IT Asset Management processes, with emphasis on activities that are repetitive, manual or operationally high‑friction.
