Preferred Qualifications Experience in information technology, education, office automation, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, or processing of information in a data processing environment or another directly related field. Experience with service desk software and familiarity with best practices. Work Schedule Standard working schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
