The End of Line Stacker position involves inspecting the tops for defects such as delamination, cracking, bumps, blisters, mislay, and loose build-up. The role requires collaboration with the Production Line to enhance manufacturing operations, aiming to increase productivity while reducing downtime and waste. Responsibilities include organizing the skid area, cleaning up production debris, performing a 5S Checklist, lifting and moving countertops, and reporting issues to the line coordinator and supervisor. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
