For more information, visit us at http://cornerstonebuildingbrands.com Job Description Base Pay: $22.50 - 23.50 per hour Differential: + $1.50 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm - 1:00 am, Mon-Thu, plus overtime on Fri & Sat based on production needs The Quality Technician – End of Line Inspector (EOL) performs detailed inspections of fabricated parts, in‑process products, and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with Cornerstone Building Brand quality standards and specifications. This role supports quality assurance through inspections, testing, documentation, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Understands and follows all required safety rules in a manufacturing environment. Monitors, inspects, and tests in‑process and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met; records and reports all results. Prepares clear and accurate inspection reports, audit summaries, test documentation, and daily quality activity updates. Conducts product and material tests using appropriate tools and equipment. Supports quality objectives by assisting with planning, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement initiatives, including basic Root Cause Analysis. Verifies calibration status of inspection equipment and maintains calibration records. Participates in internal and external audits, including start‑up and changeover audits. Ensures adherence to production practices, quality standards, and documentation requirements, including nonconforming material processes. Performs additional duties or projects as assigned.
