About The Position

The End Line Specialist will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the mechanical End Line equipment. This position is essential for ensuring the overall production of machines and quality according to specification sheets. The specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex issues on the equipment, reading and understanding information contained on the PO sheets, checking the accuracy and quality of finished ends, and locating, clearing, and troubleshooting problematic jams. The role also involves interpreting messages/statuses on control panels, performing regular servicing, and solving problems regarding machinery. The End Line Specialist will actively lead the maintenance team during line changeovers and train other employees on daily production practices, including product changes, housekeeping, and visual quality checks. Additionally, the specialist will develop and maintain SOPs for the department and comply with all Health & Safety regulations, as well as environmental requirements as stipulated in ISO 14001 and BRC procedures.

Requirements

• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in End Line Department.
• Ability to use calipers and micrometers.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize workload and work independently.
• Knowledge of SAP and Lighthouse.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire-prevention, and environmental protection regulations.
