About The Position

Jr. Davis Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to fill the position of an “End Dump Operator.” We are one of the largest heavy highway and civil construction firms in the state with over 900 employees, while still retaining a family business atmosphere. COMPENSATION: Based on experience. Our OJT (On the Job Training) will allow you to move up in our company as your skill set expands.

Requirements

• 3 recent years’ experience working as an End dump Operator.
• 2 years’ experience on bulk driving experience
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle check
• Must have a safety first attitude. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures is required
• Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.
• Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
• A CDL Class “A”
• Ability to pass DOT Physical

Responsibilities

• Frameless End-Dump Experience, preferred
• Hauling all kinds of products (dirt, rock, broken concrete)
• Wears proper personal protective equipment as applicable
• Ensures safe operation of machine
• Safely operating end dump
• Other duties as needed
