This full-time telework position allows qualified candidates to work from any state in the U.S. The primary responsibility of the Encounter Corrections Analyst is to review and correct encounters through the Edifecs system, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines. You will also adjudicate complex, sensitive, and specialized claims using the claims QNXT system. In this role, you will be tasked with researching and resolving encounter errors, ensuring that all compliance requirements are met. You will identify and report any potential claim overpayments, underpayments, scanning issues, and other irregularities that may arise during the claims process. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you navigate through rejected claims and work to ensure accurate processing. The position requires the ability to handle multiple assignments competently and efficiently, demonstrating proficiency in using personal computers and MS Office Suite applications. The shift for this position is from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Mountain Standard Time, providing a structured work schedule that aligns with our operational needs.
