About The Position

The Encompass Administrator plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities related to the company's Construction Lending Team and Assumption Lending Team functions. The role is primarily responsible, under general to intermittent supervision, for the overall administration and configuration functions for all features of Encompass Banker Edition across the complete enterprise from origination through servicing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, preferred.
  • Minimum five years' experience directly related experience in Employee Relations matters.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.
  • A minimum of two years' experience with Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) or comparable LOS required.
  • Encompass Certified Administrator preferred.
  • Prior experience working in the mortgage industry or financial services preferred.
  • Moderate level of proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional and supportive internal customer service.
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Ability to think critically and evaluate facts and data.
  • Ethical team player with a commitment to company values.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize the Encompass LOS according to the organization's needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain complete document library, build custom documents as needed, and maintain eFolder settings.
  • Manage integrations with third-party systems and services, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Create and maintain Loan Programs to ensure accurate guidelines and document sets.
  • Manage help desk requests from internal users while troubleshooting issues.
  • Create and maintain report library and build custom reports as necessary.
  • Maintain business rules for data entry, workflow progression and regulatory compliance.
  • Support business with reporting for regulatory examinations.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and monitoring system performance.
  • Demonstrate a high level of personal commitment and accountability to the business.
  • Work in a team environment and communicate positively with team members.
  • Provide time tracking and project feedback data to the Project Management Office.
  • Participate in the creation of training materials and documentation.
  • Provide analysis and work on special initiatives and projects from the Management team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
