About The Position
The Enablement Specialist is a hybrid role of instructional design and training execution. You will design and develop learning content across a variety of topics to help drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our associates. In doing so, you will work collaboratively with business partners and SMEs. Using knowledge of the training tools, the role will bring critical thinking skills to engagements to suggest innovative solutions. In addition to creating new content, they will also maintain, update and improve existing content using current and emerging technologies. You will deliver training to associates as assigned in conjunction with DTC and Wholesale Program managers.
