The Opportunity: We’re hiring our first dedicated Enablement Manager to build the foundational enablement infrastructure that will power Arize’s next phase of GTM growth. You’ll own everything from onboarding curriculum to competitive battle cards to demo certification — creating the systems, content, and programs th a t help our Sales, Solutions, and SDR teams ramp faster, win more, and operate at a consistently higher level. This is a high-impact, build-from-scratch role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves translating complex technical products into actionable sales playbooks, and is energized by making teams measurably better. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales Leadership. Critically, you’ll be expected to be highly proficient with AI tools — using platforms like Claude to dramatically accelerate your own output and actively coach the GTM team to 100x their productivity through AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in sales/GTM enablement at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record designing and delivering training programs for Sales, SE, and/or SDR teams
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills — comfortable commanding a room and coaching 1:1
  • Experience selecting, implementing, and administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ability to operate independently and build programs from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and a clear habit of using AI to improve the speed and quality of your work

Nice To Haves

  • Technical background or comfort working with technical products (ML/AI strongly preferred)
  • Experience at an AI/ML startup or a company selling to developers or technical buyers
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Command of the Message
  • Experience supporting a GTM org through a period of rapid scaling (e.g., Series B/C growth)

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver training programs across core GTM topics, including: Competitive positioning and battle cards
  • Prospecting strategies and tool utilization (outbound sequences, intent signals, etc.)
  • Product demo methodology and certification
  • New pricing and packaging rollouts
  • First-call conversion frameworks
  • Executive engagement — getting high in accounts
  • Champion building and multi-threading
  • Create onboarding curriculum for new GTM hires to support rapid team growth and accelerate time-to-productivity
  • Partner with internal SMEs (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Leadership) to source and develop best-in-class training content
  • Translate technical product knowledge into clear, actionable enablement materials that resonate with both technical practitioners and business decision-makers
  • Maintain and continuously update competitive intelligence resources to keep the team sharp in the field
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) suited to a fast-scaling GTM team
  • Build self-serve, asynchronous training paths so enablement scales ahead of headcount growth
  • Track completion rates, certification progress, and knowledge retention metrics across the GTM org
  • Define clear enablement KPIs — including ramp time, quota attainment by cohort, demo scores, and first-call conversion rates
  • Run continuous feedback loops with managers and individual contributors to refine and improve programs over time
  • Champion and model AI-powered ways of working — use tools like Claude to draft content, synthesize feedback, build training materials, and accelerate every part of the enablement workflow
  • Actively coach the GTM team on integrating AI into their daily workflows, helping the entire organization 100x their individual and collective productivity
