About The Position

Owns the enablement function for all sales and customer success client-facing team members. Ensures that frontline teams are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and training to effectively sell and support customers. This is a fully remote role and can be held by an employee living in Canada, the United States, and/or Israel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, customer success enablement, or related roles within a SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, and deliver effective onboarding, training, and enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Experience creating and updating playbooks, sales/CS resources, and training modules that improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities; capable of managing multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDPICC, SPICED) and experience coaching, training, and supporting teams on their adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and maintain onboarding programs for new hires in Sales and Customer Success.
  • Create and update playbooks, training modules, and sales/CS resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with Product and Marketing to ensure messaging, positioning, and product updates are consistently communicated.
  • Manage ongoing enablement sessions (new product launches, competitive positioning, best practices).
  • Track and report on enablement program effectiveness (adoption, performance impact).
  • Act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional initiatives that improve seller and CSM readiness.
  • Ongoing coaching, skill development, and continuing training on chosen sales methodology (MEDPICC or SPICED).
  • Support the development of and maintain 'Enablement Hub' with relevant content, updates, and training materials.
