About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced operator to develop and run a global portfolio of enablement programs as well as serve as an Enablement lead for our Partner & Professional Services department. This key role will partner with Services + Partner leadership teams, Product, Strategy and other Enablement Leads to strategically develop and oversee a portfolio of global enablement programs. The successful Manager will analyze gaps, propose new programs, own outcomes and make improvements to their portfolio. This person will build and lead training programs. Please note, this is an IC position.
