The Enablement Business Partner, Customer Teams at Showpad plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of customer-facing revenue-generating teams. This position is centered around Revenue Enablement, which is integral to Showpad's mission of providing top-tier enablement programs and business partnerships. The Enablement Business Partner will work closely with the Customer Growth leadership team to define excellence, identify needs and gaps, and develop enablement programs tailored for account managers. The role involves creating and delivering comprehensive enablement for both new hires and experienced account managers, while also measuring the impact of these programs on business performance. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and revenue operations, to implement global enablement programs aligned with key go-to-market (GTM) priorities. You will be part of a small, high-performing team, contributing innovative ideas and best practices that can be shared externally to enhance Showpad's reputation in the enablement sector. The Enablement Business Partner will also be responsible for designing and delivering a wide range of GTM training programs aimed at reducing ramp time and boosting performance against revenue quotas. This includes conducting skill assessments, planning enablement activities, and facilitating peer learning sessions. Additionally, you will perform needs assessments in collaboration with customer growth leadership to pinpoint gaps and opportunities for improvement in sales performance. Building strong relationships with stakeholders is essential, as you will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner. The role also involves managing scaled enablement programs, analyzing metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, and supporting front-line managers in coaching their teams. Staying updated on industry trends and ensuring adherence to Showpad's Value Selling methodology are also key components of this position.
