Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• 1-2 years working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine operator responsibilities associated with requirements to meet production daily goals to achieve customer request dates.
• Follow and comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Adhere to the Idemia Quality Policy.
• Contribute to team success by meeting target volumes monthly.
• Understand parts per hour or pieces per hour and demonstrate ability to count.
• Set up, operate and produce product within ISO specifications while meeting machine expectations provided by the Production Supervisor.
• Cross-train within the department to create flexibility within the teams as described by the Production Supervisor.
• Use various precision equipment and have some experience with computers.
• Maintain attention to detail and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be willing to work overtime during the week and weekends as business needs meet market demands.
• Maintain 5S activities for machines/area operated to include TPM tasks.
