About The Position

Manufacture latex-based paint products through operation of high-speed dispensers and thin and shade tanks using both manual and automated batch control processes. Additional Information: Days B - Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future

• Have at least one (1) year experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high speed dispersion mill.
• Control additions of bulk raw material from bulk system.
• Locate and retrieve non-bulk material from raw material storage area.
• Perform and document manual adds of non-bulk material(s) as needed per batch slip.
• Enter required data on batch slips, including but not limited to check-off materials and lot numbers.
• Perform batch adjustments as directed by QC Lab.
• Pull samples for QC as required.
• Perform all requirements pertaining to Batch Tracking functions.
• Perform filter changes as well as clean and maintain HSD strainers.
• Perform and participate in general housekeeping activities.
• Completion of other related tasks and duties as directed or needed.
• Compliance with all safety, environmental and health policies and procedures.
• Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) regulations and guidelines, including active participation in SMART, VPP and other safety programs.
